    Health and Safety Representatives (SHE Reps)

    Firefighters (Fire Safety Officers)

    First Aiders (Level 1, 2, or 3 as applicable)

    As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining compliant, safe, and responsive working environments, we are requesting the renewal and/or re-certification of all current personnel occupying the roles listed above. This renewal should ensure full alignment with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, as well as all applicable internal SayPro health and safety protocols.

    Scope: All 20 registered SayPro Companies

    Roles for Renewal:

    Firefighter

    First Aider

    SHE Representative

    Purpose:

    Legal compliance

    Staff readiness and emergency preparedness

    Health and safety best practices

    Expected Timeline: Within the next 30 business days (please confirm availability and scheduling)

    We kindly request that the Health and Safety Unit coordinate with relevant accredited training providers to arrange any required refresher courses, assessments, and issuance of updated certificates for the designated staff.

    Please acknowledge receipt of this request and advise on the next steps, including scheduling, documentation requirements, and cost implications if any.

    I am humbly requesting resources in the form of four (4) computers to support the onboarding and productivity of our incoming graduate interns. Currently, we have only one intern who has access to a personal computer, while the rest do not have the necessary tools to begin their duties effectively.

    These interns will be joining us soon under the HWSETA internship programme, and it is crucial that they are equipped with the necessary resources to perform their responsibilities and gain valuable workplace experience.
