Please note that in an effort to fast track and semi-automate our processes, we have made available an online application form for verification requests/applications.

If you may please, complete the form for your information to be included in the spreadsheet for the desktop evaluation process to commence.

You are also required to complete Provider details of the attached MICT SETA Verification Report template, page 1 & 2 and list the learners for sampling. Learner lists are to be complete as per attached excel sheets(transcript/SOR Demo).
