This initiative is in alignment with Policy Number: SayProP527.SayProCHCR, which outlines our commitment to ensuring a safe and compliant working environment for all personnel and stakeholders.

In line with the policy, I kindly urge that we consistently ensure the following are prepared and submitted for each monthly meeting:

Minutes of the meeting

Attendance registers

Comprehensive reports

Proper handover documentation

This proactive measure will strengthen our institutional culture of safety, compliance, and accountability.
