    Purpose of the Meeting

    The purpose of this meeting is to introduce Tshwane South TVET College that their 50 Remote working Learnership Students will be working with the SayPro Chief Technology Officer to do many tasks regarding Cybersecurity, Data Analytics and Digital Skills Cloud Computing

    Presentation for Discussion

    1. Step 1: SayPro Job Application – SayPro is busy finalising the uploading of their profiles. Each candidate must ensure that they create their Resume/CV

    2. Step 2: SayPro Recruitment Management – The next step as this is a formal process will be to conduct screening of submitted documents and their submissions on the SayPro App. This process is normally done by us internally.

    Step 3: SayPro Interview Management – SayPro will have to conduct interviews with the candidates between 23 May 2025 – 31 May 2025 for them to begin working on the 1st or prior when necessary. The interviews will be conducted preferrably face to face so that they can know who they are dealing with and also SayPro can be able to test their capabilities.

    Step 4: SayPro Contract Management – SayPro will provide each candidate with the contract for the duration of their Learnership hosting.

    Q1: How long are they in the Learnership. They started when and which month are they in?

    Q2: How long are they going to be in the learnership since the starting date?
    Q3: SayPro is going to host them for how long?

    Q4: Who does SayPro report to in terms of their performance, reporting, logbook and misbehaviour?

    Step 5: Induction and Work Begin: On the 1st of June 2025 they will start to work together with their supervisors.

    SayPro Chief Human Capital Officer together with the Supervisors will conduct the Induction face to face on the exact date with all the candidates.

    Then work begins

    Q3: What do you require from us
    Q4: When are we going to be meeting? Frequently/weekly/ monthly
