I hereby humbly submit a request for accommodation at the Southern Africa Youth Project Headquarters for two SayPro staff members, who will check in on 23 June 2025. Their presence is required to assist with preparations for the SayPro Capacity Building Training for NPOs Programme, scheduled to take place from 24 to 26 June 2025.

The two staff members will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and preparing food for our guests during the event.

Your kind approval and support in providing the necessary accommodation will be greatly appreciated.
