Feedback from Board Members – DSD Panels
Upon our arrival, the board members welcomed us warmly. They presented the Service Level Agreement (SLA) to us and inquired whether we were satisfied with the terms outlined. However, they refused to allow the Deputy Treasurer to sign the SLA on their behalf. Consequently, we had to take the SLA with us for the Treasurer’s signature.
Upon reviewing the SLA, we noticed that some funds had been reduced, specifically the allocation for daily meals.
