Challenge 1: Some of the interviewees did not have clue on what the interview was all about.
Challenge 2: Failing to answer the most basic questions on CyberSecurity
Challenge 3: We had to cool the people we were intervieewing down because of fright and some wanted to cry.

General Comments / Observations
The candidates should work on their communication skills, some they speak so calm and we struggled to hear what they were saying.
The candidates need the practical know how on how to go about the tools of security and learn the basics such what is authentication and how to deal with sensitive information.
It was a great experience with the help of Mr Skhuza guiding us on how to go about the interviews.
