Today, I focused on modifying the Arts website https://agriculture.saypro.online/updating content and layout elements. Despite slow Wi-Fi, I coordinated with colleagues to manage bandwidth, completing the assigned tasks efficiently.

Task 1 – Worked on the Agriculture website

Skill/Tool 1 – Gallery tool to group multiple pictures together

4. Challenges Encountered
The bandwidth of the Wi-Fi was very slow so we ended up connecting to the SayPro Wi-Fi that the Learnership office are using.

6. Reflection and Personal Growth
Personally, I reflected on how smoothly these configurations went and how comfortable I felt learning new setup processes outside my usual toolbox.

1. Overview of the Day’s Activities
Today, I focused on two major areas: device configurations and website maintenance. I set up several Proline laptops, installing MS Teams, Google Chrome, and AVG Antivirus, and deployed Office 365 using Windows PowerShell. In parallel, I worked on modifying the Arts and Forum websites (https://agriculture.saypro.online/ and https://say.saypro.online/) by updating content and layout elements. Despite slow Wi Fi, I coordinated with colleagues to manage bandwidth, completing the assigned tasks efficiently.

Task 1 – Set up Proline Laptops and install Ms Teams, Google Chrome, AVG Antivirus

Skill/Tool 1 – How to set up Microsoft Office 365 using Windows PowerShell

The bandwidth of the Wi-Fi was very slow so we ended up taking turns connecting so we can set up the new Proline Laptops and update their systems.

6. Reflection and Personal Growth
Professionally, I learned how to set up Office 365 using Windows PowerShell and configured Proline laptops with essential applications: MS Teams, Google Chrome, and AVG Antivirus.
Personally, I reflected on how smoothly these configurations went and how comfortable I felt learning new setup processes outside my usual toolbox.

Challenge 1: Transitioning from the previous template to the new one presents certain challenges.

It was a great experience with the help of Mr Skhuza guiding us on how to go about the interviews.
