I hope this message finds you well.
I would like to sincerely apologise for not meeting the deadline for the submission of job adverts and for failing to report the related challenges in a timely manner, as required by SayPro’s internal procedures. I also acknowledge the lack of written communication providing a formal progress update, which further contributed to the lapse in accountability and transparency expected from my office.
These oversights are regrettable and fall short of the standard of performance and responsibility that you rightly expect from me in my capacity as Chief Operating Officer. I take full responsibility for this and assure you that corrective steps are being taken immediately to prevent a recurrence.
In light of the current circumstances, I kindly request an extension to submit the outstanding documents and required updates by 13 June 2025. I also commit to providing all future updates in writing, and to communicate any potential challenges well ahead of any deadlines to ensure adequate time for intervention or support.
Once again, I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your continued leadership and understanding.
