Her ability to cater to learners who are already employed demonstrates her understanding of adult education and the complexities of balancing work and learning.

    Location: KwaZulu-Natal (KZN), currently based in Johannesburg
    Experience: Assessor in technical fields, worked at Majuba for 6 months
    Interview Performance:
    Thulani exhibited confidence and clarity in responding to all questions. He demonstrated strong technical knowledge in the assessing field and was quick to offer precise answers. His responses reflected a solid understanding of the role of an assessor.
    Strengths:
    Quick thinking and confident responses
    Practical experience in assessing
    Conclusion:
    Thulani is a strong candidate for the assessor role. His solid technical expertise and confident approach make him well-suited for the position.
    Candidate 2: Kamogelo Mokale
    Location: Limpopo, currently based in Johannesburg
    Experience: Assessor and Facilitator, specializing in IT, with freelance experience. Worked with MICT SETA
    Interview Performance:
    Kamogelo displayed an extensive knowledge of both assessor and facilitator roles. She effectively highlighted her problem-solving skills during the interview. She was well-versed in the program, although she asked if it had already been awarded. Mr. Lekgodi confirmed that the program had been awarded and that courses would mostly be online and start soon.
    Strengths:
    Knowledgeable about both assessing and facilitating
    Strong qualifications and experience in IT
    Freelance experience
    Conclusion:
    Kamogelo is a highly qualified candidate with a background in IT and freelancing experience. Despite some connectivity issues, she demonstrated the skills and knowledge required for both the assessor and facilitator roles. She should be considered for either position based on her strong qualifications.
