I am writing to inform you that we have not yet received any funds from HWSETA. I have been following up with Mr. Toka on the matter, and I will also be contacting Mbali to get an update on the status of the payment.

We are eager to begin the training, but before proceeding, I would like to confirm: Are we permitted to start the programme without receiving the funds? Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
