I would like to bring to your attention the challenges currently being faced by the two new interns, Mr. Andile Mabizela and Mr. Mjalifa. Due to a lack of essential resources required for their daily work, they have been unable to perform their duties effectively, including preparing their daily reports and participating fully in our meetings and training sessions.
The recent transition from office-based work to remote operations has further added to these difficulties, as both interns have limited access to the necessary tools and recourses at home.
As a possible solution, I kindly propose that we allow them time until the first week of November to secure the required resources. This will enable them to perform at their best and contribute productively to the team’s goals.
I sincerely request your patience and understanding during this period. Both Mr. Mabizela and Mr. Mjalifa have shown strong commitment and willingness to work; their current limitations are purely due to resource constraints, not a lack of effort or motivation.
