We, the undersigned from SayProCTR, humbly submit this formal request for apologies to CEO Mr. Neftaly Malatjie for not fully adhering to the directives and instructions that were issued to us. We acknowledge this shortcoming with deep regret and offer our sincere apologies for any inconvenience or disappointment caused.
Furthermore, we respectfully request the appointment of a qualified Mentor who will guide and support us, particularly in ensuring proper alignment with our Work Integrated Learning (WIL) programme. This support will enable us to accurately complete and submit our logbooks as required for our development.
We remain committed to correcting our course and upholding the values and expectations of SayPro moving forward.
