Questins were posed by SayPro staff members regarding reporting procedures and requirements during the workshop:

1. if people don’t approve on time, what must I do?
2. Since events are too long, we have to write it and Implement it at the same time?
3. Charity on how come we submit 10 days before while the policy says daily reporting?
4. When we submit our work ,should we submit evidence also?
5. Should we approve work,minutes of the meeting or anything with a sequence or as long as it is approved
6. When they are on leave or study study leaves ,should we wait for them to approved or what?
7. As a new appointed chief(sinentlatla Mabusela), who do I report to?
8. Follow-up questions from Ms Mabusela” am I allow to ask assistance from marketing team?
9. Do we still have quarterly report?
10. If my report doesn’t fit what must I do?
11. If push ideas doesn’t work, what must I do?
12. If people doesn’t come to submit their work what must I do?
