   I was going through the policies and I have realise that I have been doing mistakes with my colleagues:

   SayProP574-1-8 Why provide me with a Report back for what I was not invited to attend before?
   -I’m very sorry, Mr Malatjie, about that. I will make sure I first communicate with you, and I will know which report I must attend and which one I must not.

   SayProP574-1-12 They then come back with a Report back for things that Neftaly Malatjie never knew about, then they expect Neftaly Malatjie to sit a listen and obey what he never approved or was never informed about
   – I will keep in mind that I should not bring a report that you don’t know about and that you didn’t approve. Apologies Mr Malatjie

   SayProP574-1-15 How do you expect Neftaly Malatjie to read a Report that he never approved the decision to attend such?
   -It is not easy to read something you don’t know about. We are fixing our house, hopefully, little by little, and we are learning that we should communicate. Apologies about that, I will also keep reminding people to report before they do things.

   SayProP574-1-16 How do you expect Neftaly Malatjie to approve a Report of what he was not informed you were going to do?
   – Next time, I will let you know Mr Malatjie. I will keep informing you that at 9:30, I will go and collect the work from the royal committee
