To the CEO, Mr Malatjie, To the Chairperson of SayPro, Mr Legodi,his Royal Committee ,and all SayPro Royal chiefs.

After completing my current tasks, I intend to return to the Council office to settle the outstanding water bills. Unfortunately, our previous attempt yesterday was unsuccessful due to the absence of the relevant personnel.

At 8:30 a.m., I have scheduled an appointment with Chief Finance Keamo, during which I will provide transportation for him to the Council office and any other destinations he may require, subject to the approval of the company and in accordance with job-related responsibilities.
