During the visit, Maletlo (a representative from SayPro) had attended the meeting, and Bontle visited the site today for a follow-up verification process. The key purpose of the visit was to ensure that all necessary documentation and operational aspects were in order.

2. Document Submission Verification

During the site visit, Bontle began by asking a series of questions to ensure that the required documents and information had been submitted properly. Specifically, she requested confirmation regarding the following items:

– Constitution: Whether the organization had submitted the constitution as required.
– Three-Month Bank Statement: She inquired about the submission of the latest three months of bank statements.
– Computers, Internet, and Car: Bontle sought clarification on whether the organization had provided proof of its computer equipment, internet access, and the car required for operations.
– Submission Check: Bontle checked with the Electronic Management System (EMS) to verify if the documents had been submitted correctly and on time.

Bontle emphasized the importance of ensuring that these documents were in compliance with the requirements of the City of Johannesburg.
