While we are committed to ensuring this process is finalized efficiently, we are currently facing challenges due to incomplete documentation from some of the students.

The key documents pending include:

1. Copies of Certified IDs
2. Updated CVs
3. Certified Copies of Qualifications

These documents are essential for accurate and compliant data capturing, as well as for meeting the standards required by the MICT-SETA guidelines. Despite our best efforts to follow up with the students and expedite the collection process, there have been unavoidable delays in receiving the necessary information.

We kindly request an additional time of a month maximum to complete the student capturing process. This extension will enable us to collect and verify all outstanding documentation and ensure that the information uploaded onto the LMS is accurate and compliant.

Please approve for Mr Paul to have admin rights on edcation portal, so that he can assess and do other things that are needed from him.

Please assist us on email address and Bulk SMS communication so that people can be informed about pending documents so that we can have a smooth process, for capturing students for the MICT-SETA LMS.

Please share the learner list for students who were captured on the MICT-SETA LMS.

Team please take note that for those completing their course on education portal have to inform the education royalty after submitting assessments so that we can assess your work before moving to other sections or lessons, you have to bare with us cause at the end of the we have many activities to attend to and not all of them are done on the education portal, at some point we might be working offline and wont be able to see or confirm that you have submitted your assessment and you are awaiting us to assess your work so that you can continue with your course, so please always inform us after submitting your work so that we should not wait for the day to end so that your assessments cane be marked.
