    General Comments / Observations

    There is also a notable improvement in the timeliness and completeness of reports submitted, reflecting improved coordination with program and field teams. However, there is still room to enhance the use of qualitative insights in reporting, Additionally, efforts to build the capacity of local partners and stakeholders in M&E practices could be further strengthened to ensure long-term sustainability. Overall, the M&E Officer continues to add significant value to the project by fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
