    I am writing to confirm that I will be transporting the panel to DSD as planned. In preparation for the transportation, I would like to schedule a meeting at the Diepsloot office at 9:00 a.m. to finalize the arrangements.

    Please note that our transportation policy requires that all passengers be transported to designated company-approved locations. The driver will only transport individuals to the specific location that the company has authorized.

    1. who gave them permission to go on strike?

    – Permission to go on strike was not requested and no permission was granted.
    2. Who allowed the strike to happen?

    – I am not on strike, I did not communicate with anyone regarding me being on strike.
    3. For how long is this strike going to happen?

    – I am not certain , as i am not partaking in any strike.
    4. What are the outcomes of the strike that they are having?

    – there is no outcome that will be beneficial, during my stay at home , it is not an enjoyable situation , yet it drains a lot from me also. as much as there’s no outcome with me being at home, there’s also no other way i can manage to come to work without transportation, also considering the distance i have to travel to come to work.
    5. I am starting to ask myself if these are the people that I will grow with or to support until they finish?

    – I believe every situation has underlying reasons for its occurrence. While I acknowledge my fault in not formally communicating my challenges, it does not mean that I intentionally chose not to report to work. Rather, the circumstances led me to the decision to remain at home and work remotely when possible. Lack of proper communication has played a significant role in the current situation, and this could have been prevented through better dialogue and understanding.
