    Interviewers are required to align their questions with the key requirements and job duties outlined in the job description to ensure relevant evaluation.

    Application Process:
    All candidates must complete their application and registration through the SayPro app before proceeding to the interview stage.

    Post-Interview Procedure:
    After each interview, the team must await a formal notification regarding the candidate’s hiring status before taking further action.

    Conclusion:
    The new process aims to streamline and professionalize the interview workflow. All attendees agreed to implement the outlined changes with immediate effect.
