    Challenges

    1. Tasks Completed

Task 1: Continued updating the program calendar, focusing on activities and programs that have been running since last year.

Task 2: Organized and structured topics based on the links provided by Mr. Malatjie.

Task 3: Imported and categorized content under the three main areas: Education, Charity, and Cooperation.

    2. Activities Completed

Reviewed and adjusted the timeline of previously documented programs.

Cross-checked topic relevance before strapping them into their respective resource categories.

Verified the accuracy of all imports and documented all sources accordingly.

    3. Next Steps

Finalize the calendar and submit for supervisor review.

Continue collecting and strapping additional topics received from internal communication.

Expand the categorization to include new emerging program themes as identified.

    4. Challenges

Some of the program data from last year is incomplete and requires follow-up.

Limited access to certain links shared, which delayed topic strapping.

Categorizing overlapping content between Education and Cooperation presented minor confusion.

    Tasks Completed

I have been working on compiling calendars for various SayPro programs. Due to limited access to the online system, I completed the work offline using Excel documents.

    Activities Completed

Task 1: Developed the program calendar for the Diepsloot Learnership in System Development.

    Task 2: Created the

internship calendar for TUT (Tshwane University of Technology).

Task 3: Prepared data for import related to the education portfolio.

    Next Steps

Organize and clean the offline Excel data to ensure it is ready for seamless import into the SayPro system once access is granted.

Coordinate with the IT/Systems team to confirm import procedures and technical requirements.

Continue working on calendars for remaining programs not yet covered.

    Challenges

File management: All progress is being documented and stored in Excel files locally, which poses a delay for collaboration and review.
