    Kgotso a ebe le lena

I am writing to sincerely apologize for our inability to successfully implement the Neftaly Kingdom project as initially planned. This has been a matter of deep concern for our team, and we fully acknowledge the importance and potential impact of this initiative.

Despite our best efforts, the project has presented unforeseen challenges that have significantly affected our ability to deliver as expected. One of the core difficulties has been achieving full compliance and consistent engagement from the learners. We have found that many of the students are hesitant to participate, with concerns ranging from the fear of interviews to discomfort with being photographed or filmed. These concerns have created barriers that we have been working to understand and address sensitively.

Additionally, working with learners from a distance has added another layer of complexity. Remote coordination, limited face-to-face interaction, and the lack of direct oversight have made it difficult to build trust, maintain motivation, and ensure steady participation. We underestimated how impactful proximity and physical presence are when it comes to learner engagement, especially in community-based initiatives like this one.

Please know that we take full responsibility for the delays and difficulties, and we are not treating this lightly. We are currently exploring solutions and revising our approach to improve communication, increase learner comfort and consent, and foster stronger, more consistent participation. We are also considering alternative methods of engagement that might be more effective and respectful of the learners’ concerns.

Once again, I deeply regret that we have not been able to meet expectations at this stage of the project. We remain committed to its success and are taking immediate steps to learn from this experience and move forward in a more effective and sensitive manner.

Thank you for your understanding, and we welcome any further guidance or support you might wish to provide.

    My message shall end here.
