I am writing to extend a sincere apology on behalf of the team for not being able to comply with the expectations surrounding the recent soccer events. We fully recognize the value these events bring in terms of youth engagement, community building, and holistic development—and we deeply regret falling short in our participation and coordination.

Unfortunately, a combination of logistical challenges and internal constraints affected our ability to meet the required level of involvement. These included difficulties in mobilizing participants on short notice, limited availability of staff to support the events, and, in some cases, communication gaps that led to confusion around dates and responsibilities.

We acknowledge that these are areas we could have managed more effectively, and we take full responsibility for the oversight. It was never our intention to neglect an initiative that plays such a meaningful role in our programming and outreach efforts.

We are currently reassessing our internal planning processes and communication flow to ensure that we are better prepared moving forward. This includes developing a clearer coordination structure, creating contingency plans, and strengthening our collaboration with event organizers to ensure seamless participation in future activities.

Please accept our heartfelt apologies for any disappointment or disruption this may have caused. We are committed to rebuilding trust and ensuring our full cooperation and support for future events.

Thank you for your understanding and continued leadership. We are grateful for the opportunity to learn from this and improve our performance going forward.

    My message shall end here.
